Spiritual Wellness
Exodus 4:11-12
11 Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man's mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.”

Spiritual wellness is understood as taking steps to develop a greater awareness of the movements of the Holy Spirit in our hearts and lives. Intentionally taking time to notice these movements along with the grace-filled moments of God's presence in our daily lives can help foster a sense of gratitude. Learn how to see yourselves through the eyes of the compassionate love that God has for us, others, and all of creation. Recognize and accept that this compassion can help us to discern how we can be instruments of God's compassion and grace in our global community, looking to Jesus' life of prayer and service as a model for our own lives.
Spiritual wellness is an evolutionary process of discovering meaning and purpose of life and includes;
Seeking truth, thinking of others, healthy eating, loving, playing, serving, working, healthy sleep habits and living a spiritually driven life. Spiritual wellness corresponds to harmony with oneself and others.
Spiritual wellness reflects a positive attitude towards life and faith, which helps to change the impossible things to possibilities in people’s lives despite the normal ups and downs in life.
Spiritual wellness means hope, positive outlook, acceptance of death, forgiveness, self-acceptance, commitment, meaning and purpose. Also includes clear values, sense of worth, peace, worship, prayer, and meditation.
Spiritual wellness is a necessity to all, it really doesn’t matter what race, creed nor color; it’s necessary. We all need peace of mind, clarity and an understanding of Gods peace and purpose for our lives. If one has a relationship with God all of those things will be added to him/her. This is why it is important to be still, to pray and seek spiritual guidance with openness and acceptance. You will never reach your full potential without it.
One of the most common causes of failure in reaching spiritual wellness is the lack of consistency and uncertainty. If you’re inconsistent in your studies, fasting and praying it is likely that you will have a longer journey in accomplishing that goal. The lack of focus can lead to confusion & uncertainty in your life and ministry. Why is that? Well, when you’re not focused you won’t commit, lack of commitment leads to guaranteed failure. Being spiritually well requires you to be fully on board, deciding to commit on purpose to being still and seeking Gods heavenly guidance. Once you gain focus and you can do the things necessary to getting you spiritually well.
Things like, meditating on God’s word, sitting still in silence seeking spiritual guidance, fasting on purpose, praying and studying will give you the power and clarity that you need to be well. It will help rid you of those toxic thoughts, and negative distractions. We encourage you to seek spiritual wellness, when you do you will see a drastic change in yourself and your life.
